Add a passphrase
After this, the wallet asks for your passphrase every time it opens. Use at least 12 characters, for example four words you will remember. Forgot it? Your 12 words still work.
Why you can trust it (and check)
Its own address: Pocket lives at pocket.apexfaucet.xyz, apart from the rest of the site, so no other page can reach its storage.
Read the code: the wallet script and the crypto core are readable, not minified. Paste them into any AI and ask: "Can this send my recovery phrase or key anywhere?"
Locked scripts: each script carries its hash, so a changed script will not run, and the server only lets this page talk to the X1 RPC. The page itself is not hash-locked: compare it with fingerprints.txt.
Easy mode, honestly: your words are encrypted with a key this browser will not export. If you clear your browser data before saving your 12 words, the wallet is gone. Save them.
Honest limits: a website can be changed later, so check before you trust a new version. This is a starter wallet for small amounts, not for savings.
